| 6 Road Course Races-6 Wins! Kyle Dominated the Silver State Series winning 7 of 8 races on the Vegas road course. Race 8 saw Kyle start in the back and passed 12 cars in two laps to drive away with this years Silver State Championship! These wins earned Kyle the Legends Young Lions Road Course World Championship! |
| Two rare rainouts in the desert. A trip to Blythe on Feb 25 was rewarded in heavy ran Friday night and heavier rain early Saturday Morning---Race Cancelled. The very next weekend Saturdays Race was also rained out. We did get the Friday Feature in. The 8 car race saw Kyle start mid pack and take the lead at the half way mark. He never looked back winning the race. |
| We closed out the winter season with a Third place finish in the Havasu 95 Speedway Gene Price I love Legends Series. Kyle is the 2010-2011 Blythe I-10 Speedway track Champion, although the car count was what we had hoped for. |
| 2011 Season Highlights |
| We made the trip to Sonoma, California twice this year. On the June trip we were able to race during the NASCAR weekend on the same course. Kyle finished 5th, first in class after starting 11th in a 36 car field. We returned to Sonoma in November for the World Finals. There were numerous European Drivers competing. Kyle finished 2nd after starting 5th. It was our first experience in the rain as Qualifying was done on a wet track. |
| We spent some time at the Bullring in Vegas. We ran 15 races there finishing First among the Young Lions 5 times. We steadly improved our performance and finishing positions among the Pro Class racers. The highlight of the year was our run at the Legend Car Nationals in Vegas. Our qualifying was not what we had hoped starting 14th. A steady drive and a good car netted us a 4th place finish among the best cars in the Country! |
| We have had good runs in the Gene Price I Love Legends Series running up front. We will continue to run the Legend Car and learn. We are working toward gaining some experience in a Street Stock and Late Model in the near future. We are also developing a strong marketing program and hope to secure a marketing partner soon. |
